1. Cancellation Window:
All safari bookings are considered final upon confirmation.
Cancellations are not allowed, and the booking amount is non-refundable.
2. Date Changes and Guest Name Changes:
Date changes and guest name changes are not permitted once the safari booking is confirmed.
3. Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), Big Cat Tours reserves the right to cancel a safari.
In such cases, affected customers will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements or a refund may be offered at the discretion of Big Cat Tours.
4. Refunds:
Refunds will not be provided for cancellations, no-shows, or any unused portions of the safari.
5. Health Emergencies:
In case of a participant’s health emergency preventing participation in the safari, a refund or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Medical documentation may be required.
6. No-Shows:
Participants who do not show up for the safari without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
7. Communication of Changes:
Any changes or cancellations initiated by Big Cat Tours will be communicated to affected participants at the earliest possible time.
