At Big Cat Tours, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. To ensure transparency and avoid misunderstandings, we request all guests to carefully read and understand our cancellation policy before confirming any safari booking.

1. Cancellation Window

All safari bookings made with Big Cat Tours are considered final and non-refundable once confirmed.

• Cancellations are not permitted after booking confirmation.
• The full booking amount is non-refundable.

2. Date Changes & Guest Name Changes

Safari permits are issued by government forest departments and are strictly regulated.

• Date changes are not allowed after confirmation.
• Guest name changes are not permitted.
• All details provided at the time of booking must be accurate.

3. Force Majeure

In rare cases involving circumstances beyond our control, Big Cat Tours reserves the right to cancel a safari booking.

• Extreme weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Government orders or forest department restrictions
• Safety or security concerns

In such situations, guests will be informed at the earliest possible time. Alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered at the sole discretion of Big Cat Tours.

4. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations.
• No refunds for no-shows.
• No refunds for partially used safaris or unused services.

5. Health Emergencies

In the event of a genuine medical emergency preventing participation in the safari:

• A refund or rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Valid medical documentation may be required.
• The final decision rests with Big Cat Tours.

6. No-Shows

Guests who fail to report for the safari at the scheduled time without prior notice will be treated as no-shows.

• No refund will be issued.
• No rescheduling will be allowed.

7. Communication of Changes

Any changes, cancellations, or updates initiated by Big Cat Tours will be communicated to guests via email, phone call, or WhatsApp at the earliest possible time.
